1. Booking & Payment

   •    A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
   •    Full payment may be required at the time of booking or according to the platform’s policy (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO).
   •    Rates are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

   •    Check-in: 3:00 PM or later
   •    Check-out: 11:00 AM
   •    Early check-in or late check-out may be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

   •    Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the booking channel. Please refer to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
   •    Direct bookings made on our website follow our standard cancellation terms:
   •    Cancellations made 14+ days before arrival: Full refund
   •    Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival: 50% refund
   •    Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival: No refund

4. House Rules

   •    No smoking inside the home
   •    No pets allowed (unless previously approved)
   •    No parties or unregistered guests
   •    Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
   •    Please treat the home with care and respect. Damage or missing items may result in additional charges.
 

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition.

• Please report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.

• Lost keys or garage remotes may incur a replacement fee.

• Pets are NOT ALLOWED on the property.

6. Property Access
 

• Guests will have full access to the home except for a few locked owner’s closets.

• Georgia Springs Inn reserves the right to access the property in case of emergency or urgent maintenance.

7. Liability Disclaimer
 

• Georgia Springs Inn and its owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.

• Guests assume full responsibility for the safety of all individuals on the property.
