Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 14th 2025

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings at Georgia Springs Inn, whether made directly through our website or via third-party platforms like Airbnb or VRBO.

1. Direct Bookings (via GeorgiaSpringsInn.com)

 

  • Cancellations 14+ days before check-in: Full refund of booking amount (excluding any third-party processing fees, if applicable).

  • Cancellations 7–13 days before check-in:50% refund of total booking amount.

  • Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.

  • No-shows or early departures: No refunds will be issued.


2. Third-Party Bookings

If you booked through Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or another platform, the cancellation policy shown on that platform at the time of your booking will apply. Please review those terms directly within your booking account.


3. Weather & Force Majeure

Refunds are not provided for weather-related events, travel delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the rare event that we must cancel your reservation due to emergency maintenance or property issues, you will receive a full refund.

4. Date Changes

You may request to change your reservation dates up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate you.
